Private Club Rules
What we expect of every member
These rules apply to every member of Sativa Premium Collective, at every branch. Acceptance of these rules is required as part of the membership application.
1. Membership is a privilege
Membership may be declined, suspended, or terminated at the Collective's discretion, including for a breach of these rules.
2. Accurate information
Members must provide true, accurate and current information, including identity documents, contact details and preferred branch.
3. Respect
Members must treat staff and other members with courtesy and respect at all times. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct will not be tolerated.
4. Compliance with the law
Members must comply with all applicable South African law. Private membership status does not, by itself, make any activity lawful, and members remain personally responsible for their own conduct.
5. Confidentiality of membership
Membership cards and login access are personal and non-transferable. Members may not share their login, membership card or membership number with anyone else.
6. Branch conduct
Members must follow the operating hours, house rules and reasonable instructions of staff at each branch.
7. Changes to these rules
The Collective may update these rules from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current rules.
