How membership works

Membership is controlled, not automatic. Every application is reviewed by our staff before access is granted - this protects the Collective and every member in it.

   Apply

   Complete the online application: your details, a photograph, your preferred branch, and acceptance of our Private Club Rules.

2. 2

   Verification

   Our staff review your application and verify your identity. Your application sits as Pending until a decision is made.

3. 3

   Decision

   You'll receive an email either way. If approved, membership is activated immediately and a membership number is issued.

4. 4

   Access

   Sign in to your membership dashboard for your digital membership card - present it, along with your ID, at any branch.
